But after they weren’t delivered, I started to worry. Three times I got notified that my package “was being held at facility” but didn’t list where or why . I reached out to customer support three times. They responded and told me it was delivered, so to search outside for it, ask neighbors, our post office and postal carrier. Seriously... They were delivered a week late. Thus half the people that were in town, had left and now I have to send them out through mail. Disappointed. The product itself is amazing though. The card stock was sturdy without being too bulky. We directed people to our website and it went smoothly for RSVPs. Easy to manage and it accomplished exactly what we wanted. Our guests commented on the quality and the design itself, so they enjoyed it, too. Thanks to the great designer to put it all together and we tweaked it to suit our needs. Came out exactly the way we wanted -- and we were on a tight schedule -- and it came out perfectly the first time.About the PrintThe invitation itself was solid - easily a 10/10 on the printing and quality. No artifacts or inconsistencies appeared and it was perfectly duplicated from the Zazzle editor. I was impressed. The photo was great - perfect edge-to-edge printing. I'd say the photo was slightly washed out, but I think it was due to the weight of the paper itself. It was minor and it still looked great. The colors were vibrant and overall, it appeared as expected.
